Although the appetizers hold little to be desired for those eschewing deep-fried indulgence, the entrées demonstrate much greater flexibility in terms of methods of preparation. Try the ped kra teim, boneless duck topped with crispy garlic and pepper; the robust flavor of the duck is enhanced rather than overpowered by the garlic. The nuer yang, grilled marinated beef barbecued in Thai spices and flavored with lemon chili sauce, is tender and the touch of citrus and spice again complements rather than overwhelms.
