The facade recalls the family-style Italian restaurants of old. A simply painted exterior and a similarly unadorned entranceway lead to a warm and comfortably casual dining area with cloth-topped and well-spaced wooden tables and chairs, allowing for quiet conversation. The standard Italian set-up departs when it comes to the menu, however. Rather than presenting the classic Italian regional dishes, La Villetta offers the standards with a twist. Try the tuna with pepper crust for an inventive turn on the usual Italian white fish and the chicken Parmigiana for a classic.
