Standouts include the luscious, crispy Brussels sprouts served with crème fraîche, Granny Smith apples, and pistachios; wok-seared tender calamari spiced up with jalapeños and garlic chips; and surprising fried goat cheese balls with a lavender-infused honey sauce. On the more substantive side, skewers of yogurt-marinated lamb with a lacing of green leek sauce, eggplant and okra; and a squid ink paella of shellfish, chorizo and preserved lemon are balanced with a warm vegetable salad and Tunisian spice roasted beets.
