Beautiful artisan woodwork, propeller-like ceiling fans and an exposed cave built into one wall inhabit the impressive interior, reminiscent of a yacht. The menu brings together specialties of the Amalfi Coast and Parma regions of Italy. Appetizers include a carpaccio di manzo served with shaved Parmesan, celery and truffle oil as well as sformato al Gorgonzola---a Gorgonzola and pear soufflé served over melted Parmesan. Main dishes feature handmade pastas, risottos and a variety of fish and meat options. The homemade pappardelle with a wild boar sauce is particularly noteworthy. The décor, extensive Italian wine list and reasonable pre-theater prix-fixe menu ($30) make this a nice choice for a pre- or post-theater dinner.
