Nearby parking is very limited and ticket holders are advised to take the shuttle bus.

Public Transportation:

Shuttle Bus: A shuttle bus service will run from early morning on the day of the event, picking up from all the ferry terminals and the major town centres on the Island. Return journeys will be available from 10.30pm. Our advice would be leave your cars at home and hop on a bus. Well do the rest from there!

Nearest Rail: Portsmouth & Southampton.

Taxis: Rank is a short walk from the site. Coaches: Drop off and pick-up points tbc. No coach parking on-site. General Rules:

No professional cameras No video cameras or audio recording equipment. No bottles over 500ml No cans or alcohol No babes in arms. Entrance to the site will only be possible with a valid ticket. No glass bottles, drinks bottles, cans or illegal substances will be allowed into the arena. Please dispose of these in the bins provided at the main entrance to the venue. A bar will operate from 12 midday to 12 midnight under the normal conditions. Anyone found with drugs on themselves will be asked to leave the premises. Under-age drinking will not be permitted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. No refunds other than cancellation of show. Tickets are non - transferable.
2. Admission is at ticket holders own risk. Wight Leisure and the Isle of Wight Council will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at this event.
3. The Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
4. Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agents of the Isle of Wight Festival. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.
5. Tickets are security printed - any attempt to pass on any other ticket will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance.
6. Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost tickets.
7. Vehicle parking and camping will be separate. All vehicles are parked at owners risk and without risk to the promoter.
8. No buses, coaches or sound systems will be allowed onto the site without the promoters consent.
9. The Promoters accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
10. Official merchandise will be on sale on the festival site. Please do not buy from unlawful street traders.
11. Strictly no trading allowed in the arena or on festival site without the promoters consent.
12. Food for personal consumption only may be brought into the arena. There are plenty of outlets on site selling food and drink. No alcohol / drinks bottles / glass bottles / illegal substances to be brought into arena.
13. Please use litter bins and recycling points provided. 14. You may be body searched at the entrance. Any items which the organisers consider may be used as weapons will be confiscated.
15. Strictly no portable laser equipment or pens will be allowed in the arena or other parts of the site.
16. Persons suspected of carrying weapons or carrying out illegal activities in the arena or other parts of the site may be searched.
17. No animals, large fires, flares, fireworks or burning of plastic.
18. No unauthorised tape recorders, professional film or video equipment allowed into the arena. Cameras for personal use allowed.
19. Ticket holders consent to the filming and sound recording of themselves as part of the audience.
20. Disabled facilities are available.
21. Artist line up and billed attractions may be subject to change.

CAMPING: Camping can ONLY be purchased when buying a WEEKEND ticket and CANNOT be purchased separately.

CAMPERVAN PERMITS: £125
Campervan permits must be bought in advance from Ticket Zone. Please call on 08705 321 321.
You must have one campervan permit per van and each person in the van must have a weekend & camping ticket.
NOTE: Limited availability on campervan permits.

FOOD/CATERING: There are plenty of catering outlets, offering a variety of choice, and a bar onsite.
