The wine list may not be world class, but the single malt Irish whiskey served here certainly is with a list that ranges from Balvenie to Oban. There's lots of authentic Irish fare such as colcannon, the hearty potato and cabbage mélange, and fish and chips, and lots of Irish-American inspired dishes such as the Po' Irish lad, a play on the New Orleans po' boy, or Patrick's pork T-bone, a hefty 14-ounce grilled chop served with green apple chutney and a potato and vegetable medley. This is a lively place with lots going on and a grand sense of fun. The meals are hearty but be sure to save room for the "extra special dessert" of Irish banoffee pie, with its super sweet graham cracker crust that holds a mixture of toffee and bananas and topped with gobs of whipped cream.
