Triumph Brewing Company Description:
Just across Nassau Street from the ivy walls of Princeton University, you'll find an impressive brewpub that attracts a clientele of students and faculty alike. From the upstairs balcony you can overlook the brewery where all the beers on tap are created. The menu is far more ambitious than standard pub fare. A brewer's plate of cured meats and artisanal cheese offered on the dinner menu is always varied and always a delight. Move on to entrées such as local Griggstown farm poussin with broccoli rabe and rice pilaf, or rack of lamb in an herbal demi-glace served with fingerling potatoes and baby fennel.
