One of a chain, On The Border is a lively grill-cantina that is long on the usual list of Mexican favorites. You'll get your fill of fajitas, enchiladas, burritos and chimichangas and their sloppy sides of black beans, melted cheese and rice. Nothing stands out here except the Guacamole Live! made tableside---it is lush as only fresh-made guacamole can be and is a good foil for the salty corn chips that accompany it---fresh out of the fryer and oh, so appealing.
