Seablue Description:
Chef Michael Mina made his East Coast debut with Seablue in Altantic City's Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. Guests enter through the lounge, where the centerpiece is a long, blue-veined marble bar, and continue into the modern dining room designed by Adam Tihany. Signature dishes include the two-pound Maine lobster pot pie, miso-glazed Chilean sea bass, and paella with shellfish, chorizo and grilled quail.
