Try the Bermuda beef patties with a hot coconut and mango sauce or ginger spring rolls with a hint of orange to start. For entrées, go for something from the wood grill, perhaps the mahi mahi with a yellow pepper mole sauce and a side of plantain fritters, or the seafood tangine with salmon, cod and peppers. Dessert keeps an island theme with banana brûlée or chocolate cake with coconut sauce.
