Canoe Club Description:
With the feel of a rustic lodge combined with the funky sounds of live jazz and blues every night, Canoe Club offers comfort and class simultaneously. The menu is all about local ingredients combined in interesting ways: baked orecchiette merges local cheeses with sweet caramelized onions and scallions; a pork schnitzel mixes mellow fennel and local apple chutney; and the cheeseburger incorporates onions and peppers within the organic ground beef topped with tarragon mayo. Desserts go far beyond the usual as in a local raspberry shortcake with white chocolate scone or three house-made dark chocolate kisses.
