Chez Jarasse Description:
The famous tuna "steak au poivre"---partly uncooked---is always on the menu at this Michel Rostang brasserie in the Parisian suburb of Neuilly-sur-Seine. Soft-shell crab with olive oil and lobster medallion and avocado in coconut milk figure among the appetizers that give this classic menu a refreshing twist. Not to be forgotten, however, is the pear and Grand Marnier soufflé "Belle Sophie." The menu Jarasse costs €42.
