Rookie restaurateur Patrick Burke has assembled a menu that combines such fresh tropical flavors as mango, macadamia and coconut with some of the best the oceans have to offer. Here, the ordinary spicy tuna roll gets a tune-up with zippy Serrano peppers, fresh garlic and a dusting of seaweed, and the Pacific Queen roll's plush combo of tuna, macadamias, avocado, mango and cucumber is a must-try. We also suggest the cooked main dishes: try the basil mango curry for a sweet, sultry change of pace. The kids' menu operates at a cut above the crowd; no chicken fingers or "Asian hamburgers" here. When the weather's fair, the patio boasts a jolly happy hour crowd.
