Fleming's is an exciting new steakhouse concept designed to stand as an ongoing celebration of the best in food, wine, and the company of friends and family.
The menu, as our name implies, will feature the finest in prime beef, augmented by a variety of chops, fish, chicken, generous salads, inventive side orders and indulgent desserts. The innovative wine list will offer some of the finest wines in the world, over 100 of them available by the glass.
Several of this steakhouse chain's finer points distinguish it from the competition: its classic selection of Prime steaks, decadent seafood options, and a thoughtful approach to wine service that features a frequently changing selection of 100 wines by the glass, as well as bottles offered from a limited reserve list. There's the requisite bone-in rib-eye and New York strip, double-thick pork rib chops, tuna mignon and seared curry scallops, but don't miss such interesting options as Australian lamb chops with Champagne-mint sauce. Salads and sides---order the mushrooms and the asparagus with hollandaise---round out the menu and add panache to an already memorable meal.
