Prepare to travel: Arnold Myint is one of Nashville's most prolific chefs, and while elsewhere his focus is on Asia, here he keeps to Spain and the Mediterranean rim, elevating rich, rustic flavors in a clean, modern atmosphere. Myint wants patrons to experience his restaurant in a series of small bites, so the selection of small plates is extensive. Try the house-made sausage plate or the citrus-kissed hummus, then perhaps the baby octopus with garlic. But save room for main dishes such as intensely spiced lamb loin in a Moroccan style with cilantro-infused yogurt, or perhaps an adobo steak with charred pear and kale. Myint's way with cocktails is impressive, and so by all means, indulge in a spiced pear martini or a black tea julep. The wine list is small but focused on boutique producers, with a mind toward affordable bottles.
