Stella Blu serves "American Tapas," which here means appetizers and small plates from American's favorite food countries, or at least the most ubiquitous. Get beef short ribs from, well, the U.S., Spanish meatballs or fish tacos from the "Latin Quarter," crispy duck Rangoon from "Asia Town" and from Italy, tiny eggplant rollatini. It's like a neighborhood pot luck with smaller portions which can be fun if not inspiring. Live entertainment on the weekends brings in a lively crowd until midnight when you can still get some churros to dip in chocolate for dessert.
