One of the best dining experiences on Vancouver Island...maybe anywhere in BC. Short wine list of local wines, as well as old world wines, but well chosen. Love Brad's charcuterie, and local ingredients from rabbit to venison and produce.

Interesting menu offerings, very well prepared. The beverage list is rather pricey. Admittedly, after all the hype I'd heard, I was expecting spectacular not just "very good". I suggest either serving bottled water or getting a good filtration system - heavily chlorinated tap water spoiled my meal!

Simply outstanding. From the bright smiles we were greeted with, to the absolutely succulent desserts, and everything between, it was a truly awesome dining experience. With a passion and respect for local produce and French tradition Chef Brad creates outstanding dishes for every palate. It doesn't end at the food, the wine list that highlights local BC wineries accompanied by a fine selection of old world varieties. A Cowichan Valley gem, bravo to all staff.
