Le Piment Rouge is a well established chinese restaurant in Montreal for 30 years. The food is simply delicious and the service very professional. They have an impressive wine list displayed in a beautiful wine tower. A must!

Piment Rouge has been one of my staple Chinese restaurants for over 10 years. I've never been disappointed with their dishes and personal attention to every detail. The service is always spot-on with at least one of the owners coming over to the table to inquire about our meal satisfaction. Their peanut butter dumplings and spare ribs are not to be missed along with too many other dishes to mention here. With an extensive wine list and beautiful ambience, Piment Rouge should be on the top of your list for fine dining.
