As you walk into the restaurant you are amazed by the unique decor and atmosphere that Kaizen brings to you. Sunday nights especially there is a Jazz band playing live music by your table. The menu offers a variety of higher end Japanese cuisine. Very exotic and different tastes. Kaizen's sushi is one of a kind. Ive had many experiences at different sushi restaurants but nothing beats Kaizen. Save the best for last, dessert! Chocolate souffle. You never tasted something so delicious in your life!!!

Must be the most popular place to wine and dine clients! Even great for parties and events, never had a bad meal yet....recommend the sushi, but love the tri salad, tri-ofeller (oysters!) and all those wonderful rolls that are made fresh each and every time! A true treat for the sushi lover in anyone who loves quality food, and great ambiance!

Everyone knows Kaizen in Montreal! It's one of the finest Japanese cuisine available. It's actually a 2 story restaurant. The first floor is for regular customers with live Music and a superb bar. The second floor is more for exotic customers who favors the food presentation more than a lively crowd. They put sushi on small table trees! The food is delicious, the service is wonderful, and the vibe is electrifying! A must visit for anyone!
