This small, non pretentious restaurant in the immigration central area of Victoria (not Victoria Village in Westmount, don't be confused), is one of the best Vietnamese Pho Soup houses around. I always have the Chicken Pho Soup, but have also sampled many of the other dishes they offer. Their lunch menu is also quite affordable and delicious. I recommend Hoai Hiong to all...
