We were a group of about 10 that went to FonduMentale last Saturday night and I don't think I was the only one who thought it was a very unique and unusual experience. The restaurant is quaint with makeshift tables and chairs that give it a college hangout feel. They have a huge selection of fondues to choose from - from various cheese fondues to various Chinese and chocolate fondues. We had a selection of Chinese meat and vegetable fondues as well as a cheese one. I had a chance to make my way around the table in order to try each one, and I was quite impressed with the different flavours of each. I'm one who finds a fondue dinner entertaining and enjoy cooking my own meals in a relaxed atmosphere while drinking a nice wine, and this place gives you just that.
