Review :
The food is very local, bison, mushrooms, deer from the appalache region. I had the bavette de bison which was realy great, the wine sugested by our very efficient waitress was very good! they seem to like bio wines! my partner had the ribs of wild boar, man,.. we never tasted anything like that before! for such a little underground bistro, it is a way to go!!
