Happy Family serves vegetarian adaptations of traditional Chinese recipes. Nearly everything at the restaurant is vegan.
Happy Family is a vegetarian restaurant where the "shrimp," "duck" and "chicken" all look real but are ingeniously molded and flavored imitations using wheat gluten, soybean protein, taro root and bean curd.
