Thus you'll find diners savoring the pastrami, while in the next booth toddlers scrape the mac 'n' cheese bowl clean. And don't forget sports fans, who tune into the game on one of the 70-plus TVs via a high-tech, tableside audio system, perhaps turning their attention now and then to a bowl of white bean-smoked turkey chili. If your appetite is big enough, try the combination platter (two meats plus sides, including the famous potato pancakes) or the pork steak platter, featuring a local delicacy smoked on-site.
