Bombay Chopsticks is a beautifully balanced fusion between(you guessed it) Indian and Chinese cuisine. It's a strange location for such amazing food, but there you have it. The menu is around five miles long and staff are more than happy to help with a selection or two. It's a good thing too; otherwise I'd never get out under two hours.
