Caribou Coffee Company Description:
We're very fond of the Hot Apple Blast and the Mint Condition and the Turtle Mocha with one of their buttery scones and muffins. The coffee is generally lighter than other local favorite Dunn Brothers, but their specialty drinks satisfy both our urge for caffeine and for sweets. Caribou Coffee started out as a young couple's mountain-top dream, and even though at the time that dream didn't include giving Starbucks a run for their money, it seems to be coming true. Caribou Coffee shops are becoming a ubiquitous part of any strip mall, but their warm, knotty pine interiors are less generic than their closest rival.
