If only all fast food were this fast and this fresh. Baja Sol Tortilla Grill fires up its own tortillas on site. The same spirit of just-made freshness carries through the rest of the burrito- and taco-making process. The selection is somewhat limited to steak and chicken, although veggies, shrimp and turkey chili keep the menu from being too limited. We recommend the fish tacos, which come with breaded and deep-fried whitefish and a tomato-tinged tartar sauce. For dessert, the churro with chocolate sauce is an unexpected treat, as is the bill, which is often less than five dollars per person.
