Gourmet Gallery Description:
The Gourmet Gallery, a student-run, educational dining lab located in downtown Minneapolis, offers gourmet delicacies that don’t strain the wallet. Culinary Arts students from The Art Institutes International Minnesota serve as staff for the Gourmet Gallery preparing and serving meals from lunch menus as they complete their final quarter of course work in the Culinary Arts program. By eating at the Gourmet Gallery, guests can choose to join the email menu program where the new weekly menu is sent to their email address as a courtesy.

Flanked by a large kitchen with a large picture window, the Gourmet Gallery’s dining room begins to fill with patrons at 11:00am as the chef instructor makes sure his dozen student chefs are at the top of their game in the kitchen and another chef instructor makes sure things run smoothly in the dining area. The Gourmet Gallery's lunch crowd is mostly business people and is considered one the best kept secrets in Minneapolis.
