This traditional Japanese restaurant offers dishes that range from sea urchin to fried soba noodles, and its sushi bar features an extensive array of maki and nigiri, plus many made-to-order rolls. Other menu highlights include tonkatsu (a thinly sliced, deep-fried pork cutlet), soft-shell crabs and steamed sea bass with house lemon miso or black bean sauce. The shooters are a popular delicacy, with or without saké. Choose from the uni shooter with sea urchin, quail egg and ponzu; the oyster shooter with oysters, quail egg, ponzu and scallions; or the amaebi shooter with sweet shrimp, quail egg and ponzu.
