A small local chain of frozen custard stands founded in 1950. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, and other fast food items are available.
The custard is available in vanilla, chocolate, and a flavor of the day. The custard flavor of the day can be obtained by calling the "Flavor Line" at 414.961.2006.
There are also locations in Brookfield and Greenfield.
Hamburgers, hot dogs and fries are available on the Kopp's menu, but it's the custard that makes this restaurant a dessert destination. The creamy frozen confection is available in sundaes or banana splits, but you might want to stick with a cup or cone so you can relish the unusual flavors on their own. Try the Eclair Affair, Burgundy Cherry, Peach Melba or Sprecher Root Beer Float, for instance.
