Red meat stars on the dinner menu---we recommend the filet mignon, but the New York strip and porterhouse are contenders as well. Don't like steaks? Try the pork tenderloin with cherry-balsamic glaze or the grilled diver scallops with honey-bourbon glaze and jícama slaw.
