The Hill, named for the small, select area where it is located, offers dishes like broiled swordfish Provençale as well as impressive steaks and good five-onion potato flan. Dinners include white bean salad, house-baked bread, soup or salad and vegetable. The knock-out dessert is a rich, nearly-flourless chocolate cake with peppermint stick ice cream. Sandwiches and burgers are available at both lunch and dinner for those who prefer to keep things simple. Staff is very efficient and friendly.
