The Forge Description:
After a makeover, The Forge is now The Forge Restaurant Wine Bar, with a more modern lounge-y décor and an eclectic menu from chef Dewey LoSasso. While several Forge classics, such as the "Super Steak," remain, the historic place's menu, like its ambience, is now more modern and casual, injected with LoSasso's signature witty touches. A highlight: the Lobster Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich (chilled lobster, chopped peanuts and onion marmalade on toasted brioche). A self-service Enomatic wine system increases the relaxed feel, as do more affordable prices.
