Consistently tasty grub makes Pollo Tropical Miami's answer to KFC, Cuban-style. Fast food versions of authentic arroz con pollo and camarónes a la plancha make this drive-through/takeout chain one of the best such eateries we have ever sampled. Try chicken, pork or shrimp tropi-chops. A skewer of grilled shrimp is a bargain. Salads, pungently dressed, are healthful, yet filling. When we've visited, employees seem perpetually moving at a snail's pace, and there was always a line. Other locations.
