Dishes may include steamed mussels, coconut and coriander; hand-rolled garganelli with asparagus, tomatoes, peas and Asiago; baked Atlantic cod, jasmine rice, red miso and white ginger broth; and a bourbon-glazed Berkshire pork chop. Desserts might range from marinated watermelon salad, spearmint and granola to lavender panna cotta.
