Williams Gateway Airport Description:

Parking:

$5 per vehicle per day.
$20 per 15 passenger van and RV
Handicap Parking available
Valet parking service available
Follow all parking signs
Parking is restricted to designated areas ONLY.
RV PARKING - No overnight parking will be allowed in any of the venue. Daily RV Parking in the venue parking lot is $20 per day. Where RV's are parked in the venue, will NOT be viewing area.

General Rules:

Gates are open 10am to 4pm.
Event is RAIN or SHINE.
Day of Show Tickets at the Gate are $2 more per ticket.

CANNOT BRING INTO THE GATE:
No Pets
No Bikes
No Scooters
No Outside Food
No Coolers
No Tents or Canopies
No Weapons of any kind!
EXCEPTION TO THE COOLERS: people with
special needs such as medical needs, i.e.
diabetic and people with infants that need
formula. PLEASE NOTE: All carrying bags
are subject to search for liability and
security purposes.

CAN BRING INTO THE GATES:
Strollers and wagons for small children
Bottled water with seals in tact. If water
is not sealed, it will not be allowed in.
Lawn chairs and blankets for General
Admission areas.
Cameras and camcorders are allowed for
PERSONAL use only.

Miscellaneous:

General Admission - Do NOT include seating. Patrons are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit on. Large Festival Seating areas are located throughout the venue and take up a majority of the viewing area.

Picnic Area Seats - The Flight line Picnic Area is a reserved area located at show center, with tables and chairs. The advantages of purchasing a ticket to the Flight line Picnic Area is 1. the seat, 2. the show center location of the seating area, and 3. for access to conveniently located
food and beverage stands, as well as bathroom facilities within the confines of the seating area. Patrons purchasing a ticket to the Picnic Area will be able to purchase food and beverage, and utilize bathroom facilities without having to
leave show center. EACH SEAT IS GENERAL ADMISSION and is available on a first come, first served basis.
