Great Pork Shoulder sandwiches - Great ribs. This place is famous - their BBQ is also served on NorthWest Airlines selected flights and in the Memphis International Airport. Will ship ribs anywhere in the country.
Follow the scent of smoky, long-cooked barbecue to Corky's as it drifts across Poplar Avenue night and day. It's worth tolerating the lines for tables in the rustic restaurant or for take-out 'cue at the drive-through window. Corky's offers barbecue of the slow-cooked variety: smoky pork shoulder, either on a sandwich or as a plate dinner served with exemplary coleslaw and beans, and ribs. The ribs, however, we find a bit meager in flavor and ungenerous in flesh.
