Dinner brings three-, five- and seven-course tasting menus showcasing the artistry of chef de cuisine Reinaldo Alfonso. Choices vary by season, but sometimes include free-range poussin with mushrooms and Berkshire pork osso buco with creamy grits and Swiss chard timbale.
