Amerigo Description:
At Amerigo you won't go wrong with straightforward pastas, fish entrées that are uniformly well prepared, and wood-fired pizzas (a favorite comes topped with Italian sausage, cheese, fennel and rosemary). The American suburbs are far from Northern Italy, but this small chain tries hard to deliver the goods with a Tuscan theme. The general idea is more successful than the details, however.
