All entrants enter the State Netball Hockey Centre at their own risk. The State Sports Centre Trust (Trust) will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person entering State Netball & Hockey Centre (including liability for any injury, loss or damage caused by negligence of the Trust or its employees or agents).
There are specific conditions of use which apply to facilities throughout State Netball Hockey Centre. You are required to read and abide by these conditions, which are located at different facilities through the State Netball Hockey Centre.

The following items are prohibited at the venue; animals (other that guide dogs), laser pointers, distress signals, dangerous goods, loud hailer and prohibited weapons or controlled weapons (within the meaning of control of weapons act 1990).
Whilst in State Netball Hockey Centre your are responsible for your own property. Patrons are advised not to leave bags.
No bicycles, skateboarders, rollar skates, rollar blades and scooter are not permitted within the facility. Photography & video recording are not permitted. No alcohol & glass containers are to be bought into the State Netball Hockey Centre.
