NUA Description:
Restaurant NUA is a stylish restaurant that sits 50 people very comfortably. There is also a bar food menu available downstairs in the lounge. Dishes range from traditional 16oz steaks to sea bass with the signature dish being escalopes of veal cooked in whiskey and wild mushroom sauce served with baked cherry tomatoes and sauté potatoes. All main courses also come with a selection of steamed vegetables.
