Abba Description:
Small restaurant, which opened in November 2001. The fare is Mediterranean and Thai fusion. Open year-round.
On the outside, Abba is a nondescript, Cape cottage. But on the inside, the restaurant offers one of the Outer Cape's most exciting, contemporary dining experiences. The waitstaff is well-trained and knowledgeable and the kitchen crew is full of passion and creativity. Enjoy local seafood such as grilled calamari and Wellfleet oysters in Thai lemon sauce as well as exotic flavors from massaman curry to lobster pad thai. The emphasis is on seafood but there is also rack of venison, lamb and simply grilled steak for the carnivores. Wine is a large part of the restaurant experience. The extensive list focuses heavily on European selections as well as an impressive number of ports, Cognacs and dessert wines. In addition to dinner, the restaurant offers a sophisticated brunch.
