Mall food doesn't get much more successful than The Cheesecake Factory---in part because, with over a hundred entrées and thirty-something styles of cheesecake (including white chocolate-caramel latte, seasonal pumpkin-pecan and a sugar-free, low-carb version), menus don't get much bigger. So is that a compliment or an insult? Well, nothing other than the namesake item actually deserves singling out---for condemnation or for praise; as for said item, it's been known to hit the spot.
