The Passédat family welcomes you to its two luxurious Greek villas perched on the rocks at the foot of the hill of Notre Dame de la Garde and overlooking the Mediterranean. Gérald Passédat, the grandson of the founder, creates a contemporary cuisine with specialities from Marseille: «rougets de roche au bouillon de pistaches», bouilleabaisse, «denti en carpaccio passion», very rare «cigales de mer», and «chrysalide de caramel au chocolat» for gourmets. All washed down by some very fine wines.
