The menu draws inspiration from Arizona's Sonoran desert in such dishes as chipotle-spiked sweet potato bisque with duck confit and onion marmalade; dry-aged New York strip steak with nopales relish, avocado fries and poblano sauce; and red velvet bread pudding with raspberry cream cheese, ice cream and spiced pecans.
