Originally from Vancouver but had a chance to visit Headinley in the middle of the no-where Manitoba. Surprisingly the hotel and the restaurant offered great hospitality and of course - food! One of the most memorable appetizer is the spicy chile cornbread. At first, I was hesitant to try, but it turns out irresistible!
