Restaurant situated in the Hotel High Tech Nueva Castellana, with daily offer of traditional and home-made food, which turns it into one of the restaurants more classic of the area.
This restaurant opens its doors to Madrid of the future, in the City´s Communications of Telefonica and Telecinco.
Fuencarral's business area, north of Madrid with perfect connection with the radial(road) railcars M-30, M-40, M-11, M-12. Someone of the courses more requested are: salmon to grilled garlic, Grill mixed from Bilbao and tournedo to the duck´s foie as main courses, without forgetting the exquisite hors d’oeuvres where stand up the fishermen's soup, mixed of gluttonies and garlic or our famous beans with Iberian.
