Jota Description:
Jota is a tradional spanish food restaurant, located in Madrid, near ‘Glorieta de Bilbao’. All dishes are cook daily with the most fresh ingredients found in the market and faithful to the spanish recipes. All dishes have the same price: 6 €. The chef, Javier Igartua, is a well known vasque cook compromised with traditional flavours and capable of turning some potatos with borages into a delicatessen.
