Paul Bocuse has 4 brasseries, each of which are named after one of the cardinal directions. This one is located in recess off of the Place Bellecour and offers the cuisine of the South, well executed by one of France's top chefs. Try the fishermen's-style bouillabaisse or the Bresse chicken tajine with lemon confit. The wines and meals are both affordable.
