Classic (and outsize) steakhouse and seafood selections are typical of those offered at sibling Jeff Ruby establishments upriver in Cincinnati. A giant shark tank may be intended to inspire the clientele to tuck into their serving of Prime beef (aged on site), veal, lamb and seafood with vigor. Other main dishes include wild king salmon, whole Dover sole and butter-poached lobster tail. The surf 'n' turf, called Steak Collinsworth, is a filet mignon topped with crab meat, béarnaise and asparagus---something of a variation on steak Oscar. The restaurant also features a sushi bar and nightly entertainment. This is the restaurant where O.J. Simpson was asked to leave before the Kentucky Derby by owner Ruby.
